I work in enterprise support at Global Relay, keeping critical communication systems live for clients in finance, healthcare, and legal. Environments where downtime is not an option and compliance is not optional.
Before that, TitanHQ. Started in technical support, moved into systems analysis, process design, and data work. SugarCRM, Tableau, AWS. That path gave me an end-to-end view of both where software breaks and how it should be built not to.
I started writing code to fix problems I kept running into from the customer side. Now I build my own products. Each one starts with real friction, not a feature list.
